The web hosting company Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL – Via 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855, Luxembourg, is responsible for processing and elaborating the data on behalf of the Controller. Amazon Web Services operates in the European Economic Area in compliance with European regulations (Privacy Shield).

7. Data retention period

The data collected by the website during its operation are retained for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities. Upon expiration, the data will be deleted or anonymised, unless no further purposes exist for the retention of the same.

The data (IP address) used for website security purposes (blocking attempts to hack the website) is retained for 30 (thirty) days.

The data for analytics purposes (statistics) are retained in aggregate form for 24 months.

8. Transfer of the data collected by third parties

The data collected by the website is generally not supplied to third parties, except in specific cases: legitimate request by legal authorities and only in the cases envisaged by the law; if it is necessary for the provision of a specific service requested by the User; for performing security checks or site optimisation.
